Hello,

 

My Razer Gold account was created using Facebook login.

 

At the time of registration, my Facebook account was linked to an old email address which I no longer have access to. Razer keeps sending verification codes to that old email, and I cannot receive them.

 

I have already changed my Facebook email to a new one, but Razer still uses the old email as the primary email for verification.

 

Please help me change the primary email of my Razer Gold account to this new email:

My Facebook name: (Removed)

Country: Yemen

For Razer Gold account issue, I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information. If your old account doesn't have any of the following migratable data on your old Razer ID, I suggest that you create a new Razer ID.

  • Your Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Your Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store Profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance
