Hi everyone. Yesterday I bought new keyboard Razer Cynosa Chroma V2. Everything works well except button 0 on numpad. When I press it, it doesn't write anything and keyboard light doesn't flash. Does someone know if this happens often and how to solve this? Thank you.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed?

Thanks for the reply. Yes it happens when Razer Synapse is closed. I even tried keyboard on another PC and still had this issue.

Were there any incidents that happened to the keyboard? Please reset the keyboard via Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and see if it helps. If the keyboard is still within its warranty coverage, purchased from a local reseller and you are residing outside North America, please contact the store where you purchase the device and ask for a replacement. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.

There were no incidents with the keyboard. I tried resetting via Razer Synapse but still the same. Yes I have two year warranty so I'll ask for replacement, I just wanted to see if it's software problem and find a solution. Thank you.

I see. I'm glad that the keyboard is still within its warranty coverage. I'll be locking now this thread. I've above the link where you can click should you need additional assistance.
