1 year bug getting worse.

At first, there was a compatibility bug that came in for Discord that made the audio 10times to loud (nothing wrong on the os sound control side). it's been around for a year with no fix at all except for going in and out of a loby until the sound was right, but for the past 2 weeks, this bug has grown onto everything from a Chrome tab video to a game. it's a roll of a dice if i'm gonna break my hear with the sound 10-20 times too loud or not. Only quick fix is to diconnect and reconnect the headset, but don't tab out... the bug just might reapear. I tried reinstalling Synapse, tried just deleting Synapse, updated every drivers, plugged into another port... nothing seems to work. I need help with a PERMANENT fix or it'll go straight to the bin and i'm never gonna buy this shit again which is sad considering i've only had Razer Headset for the past 8-9 years.
