100 razor gold card wouldnt load

I bought a Razor Gold gift card for $100 canadian dollars. When I gave as a gift it couldn't be loaded. Said already used which it was not used. The receipt says activated but apparently it was not. Who do I speak to about this

Try to talk to the support staff within the Razer Gold site and provide:

  • Last four digits
  • Purchase date
  • Store
  • Receipt
  • Screenshot of the error you’re referring to
