Please download the pairing utility software for the dongle at https://rzr.to/eUWGmp and try to pair the Razer Naga V2 Pro to the replacement USB HyperSpeed dongle. I hope it helps. If you need further assistance, PM me your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
