2.4 hyperspeed donglew not pairing with naga v2 pro

My original V2 pro dongle has failed , so i purchased a 2.4 hyperspeed dongle  (Razer says its compatible), but when i go into the pairing app, my mouse is not in the list to select to pair….

    Please download the pairing utility software for the dongle at https://rzr.to/eUWGmp and try to pair the Razer Naga V2 Pro to the replacement USB HyperSpeed dongle. I hope it helps.
