razer please help me.. my 2 factor mobile phone lost and not have backup code... i just have primary gmail

So sad, I have experienced this issue before. And I found my mobile phone and changed my authentication method to the mobile app, there's nothing really you can do. Go and submit a ticket, they will help you there but it will take you around 5 days.

I think the only thing you can do is to submit a ticket and follow the steps that the Razer Support provides you
