2 factor Authentication and backup code issue

I just reload my account but just to realize that I need to pass the 2 factor authentication to make a transaction. But I no longer use the existing phone number linked to my account. Is there anyway I can get the code by using my email which I'm still currently use. is there any chance i could change my old number for a new one? i can send some info if its needed.
