2 Original Razer Turrets G Key stopped working

On sunday I noticed that both original Razer Turrets in my household used on two different pc's both had their G keys stop working. Anyone else have this problem? I feel like there is no way that we both just happened to wear out the G key at the same time especially since mine is heavily used and hers is barely ever... could this be some kind of software issue? Couldn't find any threads about it and if there is one could you point me to a solution please.
