2 sec+ Input Lag on remapped keys

Synapse 3 Razer Naga Chroma Remapped buttons work fine for a while then lag for a couple seconds or stop responding entirely. If i rapidly press a mapped button there's the same delay followed by what sounds like a system "beep". It's as if input is being buffered and executed all at once.
