i've filed a report since dec 17 and it's dec 21 already when will they be able to fix my 2 step authentication ? i can't buy using my gold razer credits since i lost my 2 step authentication cause of reformatting my phone i told them that i have full access to my email account so that they can atleast help me fix it faster.
