2 Step Verification code not sent in PH

Hi, I have a 2 step verification on my account every time I try to check out on game products I never receive any OTP on my number. 

I have already created a ticket since last week and still no contact from razer support. 

I have two tickets already: 
240929-001894 & 240928-002550

Try to check if your OTP message is classified as spam.
Check your Email too.
