200w power brick issues and replacement

I have a Razer Blade 15 mid 2019 base model with a RTX 2060 and i7-9750h. (RZ09-03006) I have been hearing the provided OEM 200w power brick making noises and during game play my keyboard will dim to 10% brightness and fps will drop to 30fps for brief moments and then backup to 144fps. I have been unable to find a replacement 200w power adapter on the razer store but have seen that the 230w model supports razer blade 15 RTX laptops. The 200w adapter is 19.5 V 10.26A The 230w adapter is 19.5 V 11.8A Would I be able to substitute my 200w adapter with the 230w version or is it incompatible with my laptop? Replacing the power adapter may not even fix my issue but I have been unable to find solutions online so if there are any suggestions please let me know on how to fix the power/fps drops.
