Hi all!
I just installed a new Samsung 970 EVO NVME SSD in my older Blade 2015.
I got it to install Windows 10 no problem. It can boot and run Windows 10.
My problem: It takes 5-10 reboot cycles to boot into Windows (otherwise it goes straight to BIOS).
Once it does boot into Windows, it runs great. Upon shutdown, and later booting up, I have power cycle 5-10 times again to get back into Windows (all those other times, it just goes into the BIOS).
The BIOS has very limited options to change. It's almost as though the laptop doesn't detect the SSD those 5-9 times, and then the one time it does detect the drive, it boots to Windows.
Am I missing a box to check in the BIOS? Is this a bum drive? The Blade came with a SATA M.2, and works just fine.
