2015 Razer fans running at full out of NOWHERE

Hi all, I have never used this forum but I started my laptop about 20 minutes ago, and the fans suddenly went on full blast, out of NOWHERE. Not using any games or programs, aside the one google chrome page I have opened right now. I checked the resource monitor, and everything is well below normal. I restarted the computer, and nothing changed. I restarted again in safe mode, nothing. I shut it down, and opened the back. No dust, but I still used some compressed air to clean it out. Nothing changed, and the fans still are on full blast. Computer is not even warm to the touch. I even tried reverting the windows update from yesterday, and nothing helped. I dont know what to do at this point. 2015 razer blade, Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Again, I am not running anything high resource or that I havent run in the background for the last 5 years. Any help is appreciated.
