2016 blackwidow stealth repair costs in ph

hi my keyboard started to get strange, i rarely used my keyboard like less than 10x a month, never abused and handled with great care since i bought it in 2016. while i can still type, some keys started to light up even my lighting settings are set to off. hopefully you can give me the cause why my keyboard started to get strange. and finally if anyone from the philippines tried their keyboard repaired, hopefully any of you can give the estimates of the costs. thanks

      sorry for the late reply, yes, there are some keys are turned on, even i set the lighting mode into off, theyre still on.
