Hi, my 2016 Razer Blade 14 battery stopped charging 2 days ago, and the battery is drained, so can't boot and troubleshoot. I've followed all the recommended steps on Support Pages, i've tested the charger with multimeter, and the charger's LED light is green and outputting the correct voltage. I've even removed the battery to see if the blade will running just on AC, but does nothing. I'm out of ideas with a laptop that i cannot even boot. Otherwise the laptop was running great before the battery drained without noticing.
Please help with ideas to troubleshoot.

If the charger is outputting the correct voltage, then the battery is probably dead in the waters. The next best thing that I can offer would be to start a repair ticket on your behalf. Shoot me a PM should you want to go that route.
