I have a 2018 Blade 15 Advanced model laptop which unfortunately the warranty has expired. I had an issue with the SSD had failed and required a replacement. I attempted to recover what was on the SSD, but unfortunately it was dead and unrecoverable. I have since replaced the SSD with a new disk, but I now have no way to recover the system without a Windows image or disk to reinstall the OS.



I found there is a Razer Support storefront in which there were USB drives that can be purchased for restoration purposes. However the only USB models available were for the 14in older Blade models. Is it possible to obtain or purchase the USB restore drive for my 2018 Blade 15 Advanced?

Any guidance or response would be appreciated. This appears to be the ONLY method of obtaining support or information, as my machine is out of warranty and web page will NOT let me email or contact support directly.



It would be very appreciated to get some kind of response from support whether or not obtaining the restore image USB drive is available.



I do need to get this machine back up and running, as I do use it for consulting from time to time, and not being able to reinstall windows on it is quite a problem.

I am having the same issue with my 2018 Blade 15 Base. Did anyone get back to you on this front?
