As early as about a year after purchasing this system new, I saw that the case didn't seem to close correctly anymore. Recently, the keyboard has begun to bow up in the middle and the battery is draining rapidly. After searching the forums, it appears this is a constant issue with these systems but there are no instructions listed on how to deal with it - most threads have been locked and taken to PMs.
I need to know how to go about getting this issue fixed and the battery replaced. When using the support feature through the site, it will not provide any contact details other than the forums so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction? I need to get the system fixed ASAP.

We currently do not ship out replacement batteries. You either have to look into DIY batter replacement and source the part from an OEM or send the laptop back to us to get serviced. Please send me the serial number should you opt for the latter.
