2019 Razer Blackwidow Not Being Recognized in Synapse

So my new Razer Blackwidow 2019 version was working for the first 2 days and now when I turn on the computer Synapse shows the Razer Blackwidow still loading and not detecting. It keeps glitching by loading and then for half a second it recognizes and then loads again. I reinstalled Synapse and restarted my computer.

Hey there! Thanks for posting this to the right board. Is there any hardware or software changes before the issue happened? Have you tried connecting the Razer Blackwidow 2019 to a different USB port? If in case you're using a USB hub, please remove and directly connect it to your computer's USB port. Does the issue happen to a dummy Razer Synapse account? If it is feasible, please test the keyboard to a different computer with Razer Synapse and see if it is detected there.
