I went through the trouble of replacing my battery after it swelled to the point that it was bending the chassis, only to find that my machine has severe performance issues now. I didn't have RazerCare so I went through the annoyingly difficult process of talking to an actual human being to start the process of getting it repaired. I was told the RMA people would reach out around 24-48 hours later. It has been over three months. My question is this: how in the world do I contact you people? I don't want to post here, I don't want to scour your FAQ, I just want an answer.

Are the performance issues apparent even when the laptop is plugged into the wall? Did you replace the battery yourself, or did you send it to us or a third-party? I can submit a repair ticket on our behalf if you send me the serial number and your ticket number.
