2019 Razer Blade 15 Random Keyboard Inputs / Lag While Playing

Hello, I have a 2019 Razer Blade Base (RTX 2060 Model) and have had a persistent issue with random keyboard inputs / lag while playing. It usually strikes 10-15 minutes into playing--suddenly I will notice some lag and my keyboard stops responding to my inputs and will do seemingly random stuff (move back forth, to the sides, etc). usually this persists for 5 seconds or so and then subsides. Sometimes it happens multiple times in a row over a short period of time. It seems to happen under load (while gaming), and specifically I've had it happen on FFXIV and COD Modern Warfare 2. One time on MW2 I saw similar behavior during a firefight and then my computer shut off altogether. At first I thought it was related to my keyboard (it's happened both with my Logitech wireless and my Ducky One Two Mini) but I have managed to recreate using the Blade laptop keyboard. I never play games with Synapse running, but I do usually have Cortex on in the background. I don't have a custom keyboard profile or anything. I've had performance issues with my machine in the past but they have subsided primarily since I stopped playing with Synapse enabled. Usually I'm locked at 60fps with relatively cool temps. I'm ok with occasional lagginess but this particular issue seems pretty gnarly and I want to make sure this isn't a potential hardware problem. Anyone have similar issues / thoughts on what could be causing? Specs (all stock): Intel Core i7-9750 @ 2.60 GHz 16 GB of Ram RTX 2060 512gb SSD No undervolting or anything. Thanks!
