I was so happy when I purchased this laptop new 2 years ago from Razer, but that feeling has quickly turned to complete frustration.



I currently have a 2019 Base Model Razer 15 that is really nothing more than a boat anchor at this point, the CMOS (ML1220 - Rechargeable) battery is dead and I have found nowhere to order it from in Canada. This battery keeps coming up with an "End of Life" with every distributor I can find.



To say I am disappointed is an understatement, this is the first time in over 20 years that I have had a CMOS battery die in a computer before it was at its end of useful life.



Does anyone know of any suppliers in Canada or the US where I can order this from?
