Purchased a RB15 512 GB SSD Advanced RTX 2070 max-q with Full HD 144hz 8th Gen Intel i7 for gaming and work directly from the Razer Store. Received it fairly quickly and was ecstatic to start on my path to my dream of PC gaming heaven. I downloaded some games and went to town. 2 weeks in and I started having audio and video artifacts and then a BSOD crash. Error stating: VIDEO-TDR-FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys). I rebooted and attempted the same game and BSOD. Tried another game and BSOD. Another and BSOD again. I reinstalled all of my games and BSOD every single time.
I am devastated. I have frantically scoured the internet for any way to fix this issue. I reinstalled all my drivers and rolled back my updates for NVidia and Windows and nothing has fixed it. I have hit a wall and have no idea what to do now. I would greatly appreciate any and all advice I can get. I am not the most computer savvy so I am pretty much at a dead end now.
Should I send my baby back to Razer? Or is there anything else I can do?

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your laptop's concern. Have you reverted the laptop's operating system to its factory state? If you haven't, please perform it and see if it helps.

I have done a factory reset and then redownloaded my files. I am still receiving BSOD errors along with audio and video artifacts.
Thanks for letting me know. Please send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
