2019 Studio Edition Razer Blade Flicking Screen Issue

I've read multiple post about flickering screens and have tried everything that they suggested to do, but the flickering hasn't stopped. It is on the left side of the screen and is like black lines that move up and down and fade away half way across the screen. I tried updating windows the bios and all my drivers, and tried doing the pixel test. Nothing has helped. I think it might be a hardware issue, but I can't get ahold of support because my warranty is expired. I just want help resolving the issue.

    Have you tried the steps here? Otherwise, this is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number of your Razer Blade laptop so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a repair request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
