I really love this laptop! I am not a gamer (please forgive!) but do my investments and other banking. As of late; Bluetooth has been buggy, goes in and out. Printer goes offline for no apparent reason and is getting sluggish. She has gone through quite a bit this last year and I believe its time for a refresh.
Is there a YouTube video that can guide me through like a 4 year old to do a refresh? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!
