Everything was fine until I booted my laptop one day and the CPU was overheating up to 110°C, thought it was a software issue, updated my drivers and firmware but it was still overheating. Gave up on it and tried factory reset but that didn’t work. In the end I repasted the CPU and the GPU with PTM7950 about 3 days ago, cleaned up the dust, undervolted the CPU, limited its power supply to 50W, disabled turbo boost, did pretty much everything I could. I also heard that it took some time for PTM to fully settle in but I’m starting to feel like this is caused by something else. the blade is unusable in it’s current state, CPU thermal throttles like crazy even at light use and I don’t even know what to do.

2023 Razer Blade 16 Overheating no matter what I do
I’ve literally just had this same thing happen to me. Mine is the 2023 blade 17 with the 4090. Worked fine for 2 years now all of a sudden I booted it up one day and the CPU is overheating and throttling even just idle on the desktop. I for the life of me can’t find anything to stop it.
