Subject: URGENT: 2024 Razer Blade 18 (RZ09-0509) - Stuck in Sleep Loop / Power State Failure

I am writing to request technical assistance with my 2024 Razer Blade 18 (Model RZ09-0509, Intel Core i9, NVIDIA RTX 4080). As of Monday, it has been experiencing severe power state issues, randomly shutting off during active use and getting stuck in an unrecoverable sleep loop.
Detailed Behavior of the "Sleep Loop":
When the laptop randomly shuts off—or when I attempt a standard Windows shutdown—it enters a frozen state:
The screen goes blank, but the display backlight remains on.
The keyboard stays on and reverts to the default color cycle.
The fans spool up and continue running indefinitely.
It stays completely stuck in this state unless I force a hard shutdown.
Current Workaround to Boot:
The only way I can currently get the machine to turn back on is by performing a hard reset (holding the power button for 15 seconds) at least twice in a row. Sometimes even that doesn't work, and I just have to sit there trying hard resets repeatedly until it finally decides to boot.
Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed:
I have already tried everything on my end to rule out software or OS issues:
Performed a complete factory reset using an official Razer Recovery Stick.
Verified and installed all the latest drivers using the Razer updater tools.
Ensured Windows is completely up to date.
None of these resets or updates have resolved the behavior. Given that I have seen other users on forums reporting this exact sleep loop issue, I suspect this is a known hardware or BIOS-level fault.
