Synapse says that there’s a “FIRMWARE UPDATE AVAILABLE” for my RZ09-0510.
So, I downloaded this Razer Updater from the Razer’s website:
However, when I run it to install the Firmware update, it freezes after pressing the “UPDATE” button.
It says Frozen right there, even after half an hour or more, does nothing. And when I see the Program in Task Manager, it says “Not Responding” right after I click the update button. Tried multiple times, same result. My windows is fully updated and all programs were closed while running it, as suggested by Razer.
Can someone please help me resolve this, I would greatly appreciate!
