2025 Razer Balde 18 HDMI issue

My 2025 Razer Blade 18 is having an issue with its HDMI port. I connected it with my LG 2K monitor which support up to 165hz by using a hdmi 2.1 cable, both internal and external screen would have black screens. I've also tried different hdmi cable and connecting it to my two TVs. Nothing works.

 

Setting refresh rate to 60hz, the port would work and duplicate screen to my external monitor.

 

Using thunderbolt port to Displayport would work.

 

Do you guys think this is an hardware issue? If it's software/driver related, I've seen people on forum and Reddit reporting similar issue like this month ago, is Razer team still seeking solution?

My 2025 Razer Blade 18 is having an issue with its HDMI port i try to connected my 49” dont work do you know what happen because i use DP to typ C working can you help me out

Hello guys 

Have the same problem

I have 3 Odyssey G9 to connect. 2 via tb5 hub via dp

And 1 direct from HDMI from blade 

 

I can confirm the same issue as all above. All works with dp from USBC or hubs on TB but not way to get HDMI working. I will try on 4k120hz Tv tomorrow but I think it will fail too. I think I will switch to tripple dp. But if cuts HDR on G9 OLED I think . Hdmi2.1 has more speed then dp (display has not have dp2.1) 

 

Clean install drivers , bios ,me , and all this stuff and still nothing. Good to hear that I'm not alone cuz I was transferring data from old blade and I was thinking that I crushed registry or broke windows when manually injecting drivers to old disk backup. Now I now that blade 18 is just broken ⛓️‍💥. 

 

DOES anyone try HDMI via tb5 dock ? Is it 2.1 HDMI ? 

 

I got maxxed config 2025 model - 5.5k € 

Blade is great but things like this break company name and branding in half .
