2025 Razer blade 16, paid for chassis repair, laptop still doesn’t sit flat

I honestly cannot believe this is the level of repair quality being provided by Razer.

I paid for a bent chassis repair and repeatedly emphasised to Razer that I wanted the repair done properly, because the chassis condition was my main concern. After an extremely slow support process, long response times and being without my laptop for an extended period, the device was finally returned to me….only for it to come back not even sitting flat on a desk.

The laptop physically wobbles on a completely flat surface. For a company positioning itself as a premium gaming brand, returning a “repaired” laptop in this condition is embarrassing.

What makes this even worse is that this was a paid repair. I specifically paid to have the chassis professionally fixed, yet the device now feels like it was either poorly assembled, improperly inspected, or simply rushed through the repair process.

The communication throughout the entire experience has also been terrible. Responses take far too long, updates are vague, and the overall customer support experience has been one of the worst I have dealt with from a major tech company.

At this point I genuinely regret sending my laptop to Razer for repair. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Razer support and repair quality.

Anyone considering sending their device to Razer for repair should seriously think twice.
