Ran into an issue with my $25 starbucks gift voucher. Razer send the security code containing 13-digits containing numbers and letters. I notified razer support about an issue because the redemption process will only accept an 8-digit code with only numbers. Razer support past the issue up the line 3 separate times "escalating" to higher ups. Ultimately after over a week I received a final email with the same exact security code and another email notifying my my support ticket has been closed. Razer is fine with you spending thousands of dollars for their products but cant even fulfill their rewards programs after the fact. Very disappointed.
