Thanks for locking my previous thread. Can’t make a reply when you still don’t make things right. Today marks 29 days since you had my laptop for a battery replacement. Numerous calls and emails, no one has any clue what they are doing over there. Seriously do you really consider this acceptable? I can tell you I will never buy another Razer laptop again. Glad to see you charge 2500+ for a laptop and you get 0 customer support. Buyers beware. This is the worst experience I’ve had with getting support.
