I am currently unable to access my Razer account due to issues with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Unfortunately, I cannot recall which authentication method (app, device, or service) I had originally set up, and I no longer have access to the OTP codes.

I kindly request your assistance in resetting or disabling the 2FA on my account so that I may regain access. Please advise me on the necessary verification steps or documentation you require to confirm my identity.
