Hello Razer Support Team

 

I lost access to my Google Authenticator and I can no longer receive the 2FA codes Because of this issue, I am unable to access my Razer account and complete my .purchases

 

I kindly request you to disable or reset the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on my .account
