2FA ISSUE! PLEASE HELP!

I currently have pending purchases but did not received OTPs for any of these. Is this a problem with mobile 2FA? I'm unable to do any transactions or changes in my account that require SMS codes. I'm getting "unexpected error" messages.

I’ve already submitted a ticket a day ago and have not received a response. I’ve tried support chat but no agent was available. When I finally got connected after 20 minutes of waiting, the agent disconnected the chat when I didn’t respond right away. I’ve made a post on here as well around the same time without a response… I don’t know what to do anymore...

same issue T^T i can’t use my razer gold. such a waste and it’s so frustrating. i haven’t received any code since earlier and whenever i try to change something on my profile details including codes, still needed to input the sms but i still don’t receive any. the money that i spent on razer gold to buy game purchases will not be used if this won’t fix. i hope we get help as soon as possible. razer dissapoint me for this one, been using this for my game purchases ever since.


I’m having the same issue. About the sms/otp thing please help.
