Hi There,

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced model (2018). I have poor WiFi coverage so I'm hard wired using a J5create USB Ethernet adapter (JUE130 model). Has been working fabulous up until today. The lights on the Modem and adapter are all working as per prescribed for successful connection. Rebooted modem, laptop, tried the other USB jack and turned WiFi off to see if it would force it to the Ethernet still no dice.

Any help/leads would be greatly appreciated.
