I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!!! 3 WEEKS NOW!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE NEXT MESSAGE WILL BE TO YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO SEE IF THEY UNDERSTAND THAT THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST
