3080 Ti 12th Gen CPU Blade Major Issues

Hi, I am having an issue with a brand new Nvidia 3080 Ti Laptop with Nvidia Optimus. Currently, if I play a game I get this the graphical issue as seen in video/photo attached below. However, if I enable "Dedicated GPU" disabling Optimus, the visual distortions don't appear and it's normal. To clarify, with Optimus I get the below graphical error, however, if I use Dedicated GPU only, normal behavior. I have all the latest driver versions, Intel, Nvidia, Windows 11 etc. Can you help? Try the steps here and make sure the Synapse application is updated for it to fetch all necessary updates for your laptop. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its specifications and check for other steps to help you resolve the display issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
