3rd Razer Naga trinity, still changing dpi randomly | Razer Insider

Can someone explain to me why, after reading countless reports of people having the same issue, that the dpi is changing randomly and it does not even show up in the dpi settings, but when switching up and back to the original setting it is back to normal. How is this still a problem? Any razer employe that can shed some light into why this is a concurrent issue that is seeminly not getting fixed? I swear this is the last product im getting from razer, since this is not the only issue ive had with your products that others had that doesnt get fixed.

It's sad to hear that you are still experiencing this mouse behavior even after replacing it. Have you contacted our Support Team and requested a replacement device, or did your reseller grant you the warranty claim? Check if the issue happens even when using the mouse in the Razer Synapse 3.0 as a guest user. Please send me your Razer Naga Trinity's serial number and case number (if available) via PM so I can raise this to our team and devs. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
