I have the same issues I bought $800 razor cards since last week I did make a complain and I haven’t been text back from razor I’m really pissed and confused

Same here I don’t even think razor can get it fixed by sending the scratch number I’m just worried I did call their number I was told to talk to the razor supports all I got is case number I don’t know what that means
