4K OLED Touch Screen Driver missing (HID compliant touch screen driver)


My laptop touch screen (Razer 15 Advanced 2021 3080 4K OLED TouchScreen) has stopped working... the display works but the touch screen does not. Does anyone else have the drivers for the 4K OLED 60hz touch screen from the 2021 model?

I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a download link. All I can find on support is a link to upgrade the bios... and a link to the pdf of the installation instructions... but no drivers.

I've tried doing a factory reset and confirmed that the intel driver and support assistant was installed properly

Hi @GOGreenpulsecove228,

I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team so they can help you with getting the HID touchscreen driver. Please PM me the serial number through PM so I can validate the model and kickstart a case.

I did, razer sent them to me after I opened a case. They didn't work.
I had to send the laptop back, they said there was a hardware issue, and sent me a new laptop -- not an oled touch screen, but the top line one that's currently on sale.
I just sent *that* one back yesterday because it has a dead pixel.
