4k passthrough not working on any console

I’ve had my razer ripsaw HD since January, recently my capture card started giving me an issue. I am writing this on the same day that my problem occurred. All wires are set up correctly, it just won't allow 4k passthrough. When plugging in just the razer, monitor, and console with input, it shows my consoles in 4k on my monitor. The moment I plug in the “output” cable it dies and drops to 1080 after a few minutes of trying to find a signal. It’s making my monitor make weird clicking sounds as well while searching for something to output the signal through. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve already spent hours trying to fix this and I can't afford another one. Also, it’s stopping me from finishing my upload of my playthrough of wukong
