hello my touch screen not working i do a format and create from scratch my razer via image (i downloaded from razer.com via my serial number) after several update and finally i have win 11 after update my bios is finally 2.02 version in the device manager of windows i saw i have another problem Device Descriptor Request Failed (Unknown USB device) and at the human interface device miising touch screen pls help
