5 side button on Naga X inconsistently working

I’ve had the Naga X for about 2 years exactly now and it’s always worked fine, but at of about 4-5 days ago I’ve encountered an issue where the 5 side button will sometimes not work when I click it. It’s not consistent as it will work most of the time but there have been many times over the past few days where the button just does not respond at all. It’s very noticeable as it’s a button I use often as it rest right by my thumb. As far as I can tell every other button seems to be responding fine though admittedly there are a few side buttons I don’t ever use. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey ​@Toffee531,

Let me check on it. Can you clean your mouse button 5 with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the input issue.
