$6,100 order cancelled but card was still charged | Razer Insider

So, I went to buy a laptop with the specs all tricked out, put the $6,100 or so in my account, and paid. My account is showing that the money has been taken, but I got an e-mail that I need to contact customer support with an order number.

 

Problem is I can't actually contact customer support because the order is not on the account I had to create just to try and contact support.

 

So, am I just screwed out of $6,100?
