Sorry, this is my first time using Razer products and I would like to know if my headphones support 7.1 and I need to download a program for this or what? It’s just that there was no key for the program in the box and the website doesn’t give me one. ( head set Razer blackshark v2 SE

    They support THX Spatial.

    You don’t need to install any additional software, all is available through Synapse without any activation needed.

    The Razer BlackShark V2 headset does not support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it features THX Spatial Audio integrated into the headset. To configure THX Spatial Audio for your headphones on Razer Synapse, please follow the steps provided in this article.
