Good afternoon, I can’t activate the razer surround pro program. It says that the application is already activated. Could you send me a new activation code? The serial code for the headphones is (removed serial number) by email (removed email address for security purposes). Thank you

the account is activated. But the code that the seller sent me has already been activated. Not by me
