I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X, and I was asked to download the 7.1 software to use the 7.1 surround sound feature.
I registered my headphones on the site, but the activation code did not come to my email.
Please help me solve the problem. I want to use 7.1 sorround sound for my games.
