Hello I purchased a Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense but when I requested the 7.1 Surround Sound Code activation code I did not receive a response and the system says that you are not eligible to receive the activation code.

Please email me the reason for this response. Does my device not support this 7.1 technology or is it enabled by default?

It IS NOT eligible for 7.1 surround. THX is the right thing - just install Synapse.
I don't understand - my device doesn't support 7.1 surround sound or do I need to install THX to access it - I also installed the Synapse program but it didn't activate.Or should I install THX Spatial Audio?

Read properly.
Install Synapse - THX is already there. No activation needed.
If you’ve installed external THX Spatial audio app - remove it.
