I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I’m unable to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software. It says the feature is already activated.
Here is the serial number (SN): (Removed serial number for security purposes)
Please help me activate the surround sound or provide a new activation code if needed.

Please check the Razer BlackShark V2 X packaging for the scratch card that contains the activation code. It should look like the photo below. If this scratch card is missing, I suggest returning the device to the store for a refund. To ensure your Razer product is genuine, always purchase from authorized Razer resellers. Kindly note that products from unauthorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray-market goods.
